Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

“ExudizMono”, “we”, “us” means the project/brand operating exudizmono.com and distributing MystOracle: Age of the Firstborn (the “Game”). Depending on how we are organised, the legal entity trading may be a sole trader, partnership, or company — if we publish registered details on the site, those apply.

These terms govern:

Separate platforms (Discord, X, YouTube, Instagram, GitHub, payment or email providers, etc.) have their own terms — you must follow those too when you use them.

2. Accepting the terms

By using the Site, downloading or running the Game, or continuing to use services we offer after we post an update, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Game.

If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian read these terms with you. The Game and community spaces may contain chat, competitive play, and content unsuitable for young children — see section 4.

3. UK consumers and statutory rights

If you are a consumer (an individual acting mainly outside a trade, business, craft, or profession) and you are in the UK, you have rights under legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to digital content we supply to you for a price (including where the price is zero but digital content is supplied in a consumer contract). For example, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights where the law says they cannot be limited.

If you believe digital content we have supplied to you is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us using the channels on the Site (for example Discord). We will work with you in line with applicable law. Where you paid nothing for a free build, remedies may still apply under the CRA 2015 for faulty digital content in many cases — we do not seek to take those rights away.

4. Age, content, and PEGI-style expectations

The Game is a block-based survival / adventure title with combat, exploration, and online interaction if you use multiplayer features. It is not an official Mojang® or Microsoft® Minecraft® product and is not endorsed by them.

We may seek formal age ratings (for example PEGI in Europe / UK retail contexts) as the project matures. Until then, we expect the Game to suit teen and adult audiences. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the Game is appropriate for minors in their care. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps consistent with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

5. Licence to use the Game

Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and run the Game builds we publish, for non-commercial private use, on devices you own or control.

You must not: copy the Game except for backup/archival of your own install where permitted; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source except where the law allows; cheat, exploit, or disrupt other players; use the Game to break the law; sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or our branding; or remove legal notices.

All intellectual property in the Game, the Site, logos, and related materials remains with us or our licensors. The licence does not transfer ownership.

6. Early access, updates, and availability

The Game is under active development. Builds may be unstable, incomplete, or change frequently. We may issue updates (including automatic or mandatory updates if we introduce a launcher that enforces them). We may suspend or discontinue features or distribution channels where reasonably necessary.

Windows builds may show SmartScreen or antivirus warnings if executables are not yet code-signed. You install at your own informed risk; you are responsible for backups and system security.

7. Acceptable use of the Site and community

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or discriminate; share illegal content; distribute malware; scrape the Site in a way that harms our infrastructure; attempt unauthorised access; impersonate us or others; or use the Game or Site to infringe third-party rights.

We may moderate community spaces, remove content, and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

8. User content

If you submit feedback, bug reports, screenshots, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Game and Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You warrant you have the rights to grant that licence.

9. Third-party services and links

We link to third parties (for example GitHub for releases, Discord for chat). We are not responsible for their services, content, or privacy practices. Your use is at your risk and under their terms.

10. Warranty disclaimer (business users and non-consumer contexts)

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, the Site and Game are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those implied by law that cannot be excluded. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

UK consumers: this section does not override statutory rights that apply to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under English law, including (where applicable) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other categories where the law is mandatory.

Subject to the paragraph above, if you are a consumer we limit our liability for foreseeable loss arising from our breach of these terms or negligence in connection with the Site and free Game builds, where the law allows, to typical loss you could expect (for example loss of enjoyment or wasted time), but not excluded categories such as unbounded business losses if you are not a consumer.

If you use the Game or Site for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses, and our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to £100 GBP or the amount you paid us in that period for our services, whichever is greater — except where prohibited.

12. Indemnity (where fair)

If you misuse the Site or Game, infringe others’ rights, or break these terms, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims and losses (including legal costs) arising from your conduct, to the extent permitted by law and subject to consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live if statutory rights give you that option.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. UK consumers may also have rights to use alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable; we are not currently required to be a member of a specific scheme but will provide information if that changes.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site or Discord. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where the law allows; if you do not agree, stop using the Site and Game.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms: use the contact routes on the Site — for example Discord or our linked social profiles. If we publish a dedicated email for legal notices, use that for formal communications.
